Who operates 4NCut
4NCut is operated by MASSMANIH LLC. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@massmanih.com.
Information we process
- Guest and gameplay data: display name, avatar, game settings, local progress, points, gems, selected skins, match results, friends-preview data, and audio preferences. In the current test build, this information is primarily stored on your device or browser.
- Signed-in account data: when you choose Google sign-in, Firebase Authentication provides a unique account identifier, basic profile information, and email address. 4NCut does not receive your Google password.
- Premium invitation data: entitlement status, expiration, failed-attempt security records, and a hashed invitation record. A redeemed invitation stays marked as consumed with the redeemer identifier for fraud prevention even after the player account is deleted.
- Purchase data when billing launches: Google Play or Apple processes payment details. 4NCut may receive product, transaction, entitlement, renewal, cancellation, refund, and revocation status, but does not receive your full payment-card number.
- Technical and support data: information you send to support, plus security, error, device, and network information supplied by platform services when needed to keep the app reliable and prevent abuse.
How information is used
We use information to operate accounts and gameplay, preserve settings and progress, provide Premium entitlements, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, comply with law, and improve reliability. Premium does not change match odds, scoring, timers, rewards, or win calculations.
Computer-controlled opponents
Play Online may match you with a human player when real-player matchmaking is available. If the service is unavailable or no human player is found after approximately five seconds, 4NCut assigns a computer-controlled opponent. Practice always uses a computer-controlled opponent. Assigned opponents may use player-style display names.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers only as needed to operate the game, including Google Firebase and Google Play on Android, Apple services on iOS, and the provider hosting this public demo. They process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell personal information. The current build does not include third-party advertising.
Retention and deletion
On-device data remains until you delete it in the app, clear app data, or uninstall. Signed-in account and entitlement data remains while the account is active and is removed after verified deletion, except limited records kept as required for fraud prevention, financial records, disputes, security, or law. We aim to complete verified web deletion requests within 30 days.
See the Account Deletion page for the in-app and public request paths. Deleting a 4NCut account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription; cancellation must also be completed through Google Play or the App Store.
Your choices
You can play as a guest, choose whether to sign in, control audio and reaction sounds, review this policy in the app, request access or correction by email, and delete your account. Some legal rights vary by location.
Children
4NCut is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires parental consent for a player to use an online service, a parent or guardian must provide it. If we learn that personal information was collected from a child contrary to applicable law, contact us so it can be removed.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as features or legal obligations change. A material update will receive a new effective date and, when appropriate, a new in-app acceptance request.
