Agreement and eligibility
By accepting these terms or using 4NCut, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you cannot legally agree, do not use the service. Players under the age required for online consent in their location must use 4NCut only with a parent or guardian.
Game license and rules
MASSMANIH LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use 4NCut for lawful entertainment. The player who completes the last valid four-point chain wins. Rules and balancing may be updated to preserve fair play.
Human and computer-controlled play
Play Online may match you with a human player when real-player matchmaking is available. If the service is unavailable or no human player is found after approximately five seconds, 4NCut assigns a computer-controlled opponent using a player-style display name. Practice uses a computer-controlled opponent.
Do not represent a filled match as independently verified human competition. Until production multiplayer and server-authoritative ranking are launched, preview matches and locally stored results are not guaranteed competitive records.
Accounts and conduct
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Do not cheat, automate play against other users, exploit bugs, harass players, impersonate others, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected services, or use 4NCut unlawfully. We may restrict access to protect players and the service.
Premium, skins, and subscriptions
- 4NCut Premium is a one-year subscription billed once for each yearly term. It renews annually unless canceled through the store account that made the purchase.
- You may cancel renewal anytime. Premium access remains active until the end of the one-year term already paid for.
- The store purchase sheet controls the localized price, billing period, taxes, renewal terms, trial or offer terms, and payment confirmation. Review it before paying.
- Premium adds social capacity, reactions, and profile styling; separate skins are cosmetic. Paid benefits do not improve gameplay odds or scoring.
- Manage, cancel, restore, or request a refund using Google Play or Apple tools, subject to the store's rules and applicable law.
- Deleting a 4NCut account does not itself cancel a store subscription. Cancel the subscription separately before account deletion if you do not want future renewals.
Invitation codes and virtual items
Developer invitation codes are optional, limited, one-use benefits and may expire or be revoked for fraud or unauthorized distribution. Gems, points, skins, reactions, and other virtual items are licensed digital features, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged outside features expressly offered by 4NCut.
Availability and updates
Features may change, experience interruptions, or require an internet connection. We may repair, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue features. Local-only progress may be lost if app data is cleared, the browser is reset, or the device is lost. Back up only through supported features.
Ownership
4NCut, its code, artwork, audio, branding, and game presentation are owned by MASSMANIH LLC or used under applicable licenses. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, 4NCut is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. MASSMANIH LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that applicable law permits us to exclude. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Account deletion, changes, and contact
You may stop using 4NCut at any time and may request deletion through the Account Deletion page. We may update these Terms; material changes will receive a new effective date and may require acceptance again.
